Where can I order from?
We deliver to almost every country and have local production in most regions. We can’t ship to certain locations however due to legal restrictions or shipping carrier limitations.
The list of restricted countries where we are currently unable to fulfill orders are as following:
- Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk regions in Ukraine
- Russia
- Belarus
- The Gaza Strip region in Palestine
- Ecuador
- Cuba
- Iran
- Syria
- North Korea
Can I pay in local currency?
Yes, we support over 31 different currencies and can send invoices to local entities in local currency with local VAT rates. Please select your preferred currency and region at the top right or bottom left of the webpage.
How long for shipping?
Most packages are shipped within 3 business days of the order being placed and confirmed. Shipping times themselves depend on several factors however an estimated delivery time is provided for each product before purchase.
How do I track my order?
Live tracking can be enabled depending on the third party carrier handling the order and the shipping options selected by the individual customer. Please make sure that the options you select at checkout match your shipping preferences.
What is the return policy?
